FAQs

Where can I stay?
There are numerous hotels around the city such as Travelodge, Premier Inn & Holiday Inn Express which are within close distance of the campus.

I am under 18 – do I need a parent / guardian to accompany me?
All delegates age 16 – 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is 18+ throughout the conference. Please note, under 16’s are not permitted to attend XCEL Men’s Conference.

What does the ticket include?
Your XCEL ticket gives you access to all the sessions and seminars at the conference. Food, accommodation and a small number of activities are not included in the ticket but can be purchased on site throughout the conference using cash or card.

How do we let you know about guests with additional needs or disabilities?
If you or someone in your group have additional requirements or a disability which you require assistance with, please email conferenceteam@lifechurchhome.com with more information. BSL interpretation will be available throughout the conference.

Is there parking on site?
We have limited on site parking for cars and minibuses, and free parking on the road outside the campus. Vehicles are left at your own risk. Coaches can pull up outside the campus on the roadside for drop off and pick up.
